never be allowed. Teach your children from an early age
to eat green vegetables and fruits and to drink plenty
of water. It may be difficult at times but believe me
they will hanks you in the longer run.
Now coming to external care:
keep the skin squeaky clean. Oily skin falls prey to
pimples. Make an antiseptic face tonic with the
following ingredients: boil 100gm fresh mint leaves in a
liter of water, strain and cool. Dissolve 1 tsp camphor
into this solution. Store these are in the fridge and
wipe your skin with this several times a day to remove
excess oiliness. Make a skin pack using sandalwood
powder, fuller’s earth, camphor and rose water. Mix this
and keep in a small bowl in the fridge. Clean your skin
and then apply it. Let it dry completely and then wash
off with cold water. This should be done three to four
times a week. And if you suffer from marks there is a
simple homemade pack that may reduce the marks to a
degree. Mix dried green pea powder with sandalwood
powder, 10 ground cloves, rice powder, fuller’s earth
and camphor and stir in some rose water. Apply gently
all over face and neck and scrub into the skin in
rotating movements. Wash off after 5-7 minutes and see
how clean your skin feels. Done regularly this
exfoliating scrub will help lighten the marks.
To
tackle pimples problem, start right away but remember
that are no magic wands going. You need to work towards
your goal regularly and with discipline. The aloe Vera
